My husband is in Vladivostok. He travelled from the UK and has the correct Visa. The train started in Amsterdam and he has travelled across Russia to Vladivostok. The train did not stop at the Russian border, and he was not given a migration card, and there was no time to register his Visa. The question is what should he do now?
